Welcome to Arclivoria Ventures. By accessing our website and purchasing our SaaS assistance services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We provide non-technical SaaS operational support, including but not limited to:
- Platform configuration and workspace setup.
- Team onboarding and instructional training.
- Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- General interface-based troubleshooting.
2. Payments and Refunds
All prices are quoted in USD. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. Service-based products (training, setup) are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced or the session has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
3. User Responsibilities
To provide efficient service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and necessary information regarding your SaaS platform goals.
- Maintain the security of your own account credentials.
- Ensure that you have the legal right to grant us access to the platforms you request assistance with.
4. Data Privacy and Access
We operate under a "Sensitive-Data-Safe" model. We do not require, and you should not provide, access to regulated personal data (PII) or financial records within your SaaS platforms. Our work is conducted strictly through user interfaces to ensure maximum security.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arclivoria Ventures provides guidance and setup based on platform best practices. We are not liable for any third-party SaaS platform outages, data loss caused by the platform itself, or changes in third-party software functionality.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a project if the request violates our safety protocols, involves illegal activities, or if the client fails to provide necessary cooperation for project completion.
