Refund Policy

At Arclivoria Ventures, we strive to ensure our clients receive the highest quality SaaS assistance. Because our services involve manual labor, professional consulting, and digital deliverables, we have established the following refund guidelines.

Eligible for Refund

If you cancel your service package at least 24 hours before any work has commenced or before a scheduled training session begins.

Non-Refundable

Once a training session has been completed or custom configuration work has already been implemented in your workspace.

1. Service Cancellations

For one-time packages (like Platform Setup), you may request a full refund if the project has not yet started. If the setup is partially complete, a partial refund may be issued based on the hours already logged by our specialists.

2. Training Sessions

Sessions can be rescheduled for free with 24-hour notice. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be considered earned and non-refundable.

3. Recurring Support

For monthly support plans (like Data-Safe Support), you can cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email our support team. We process all requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
